Marcos J. Isaac, has been leading supply chain management consulting companies for 23 years. He is a founding Partner and former President of Modus, which was acquired by Ernst & Young in 1992. He served as a Vice President at Ernst & Young Consulting in Brazil and then with BearingPoint following a 2002 acquisition. He was responsible for the management of global projects from South America for companies such as Motorola, Peugeot, Johnson & Johnson, as well as regional ones for Bayer Animal Health, Syngenta and Bunge. Marcos is a graduate in Industrial Engineering of the Universidad Mackenzie with post graduate work in Business Administration (focused in Operations Management) from Fundação Getulio Vargas.

Willy Lai, based in Singapore, is an expert on China logistics and the assembly and distribution of computer products throughout SE Asia. He has worked in management positions in Asia for Philips, Hewlett-Packard, Becton Dickinson, and the YCH Group. In 1996, he co-founded Ascent Logistics, which provides logistics services for HP, Sony and other electronic products companies in that region. In 2000 his business was acquired by Ryder Global Logistics, and he became VP for Asia-Pacific. Willy is in mainland China almost every week, serving executives and companies doing logistics in that country. He is an expert on logistics and operations throughout China, as well as throughout the Asian region.

Chuck Franzetta, founder of Franzetta and Associates, is known for his emphasis on the “human capital” aspect of supply chain management. His experience includes training SCM teams, recruiting supply chain professionals when new talent is needed, and helping companies develop successful strategies for outsourcing non-core functions so management can focus on their competitive advantages. Franzetta has written articles on supply chain management for numerous leading publications, and spoken on SCM at many business symposiums and universities. As Director of Worldwide Distribution for Newsweek before establishing Franzetta & Associates, Chuck pioneered logistics outsourcing approaches. As General Manager for Flying Tigers, he developed inventory reduction and expedited transportation practices which have become industry standards.
